	The Etain Family The Etain faimly is appart of the First House of Rastaban and has ruled the Duchy of Lah'mu (in northern Rastaban) for the past 873 years. The Etain is fairly large, and it has often been joked that if everyone were to die, except this family, that the Duke and Duches would be able to re-populate the Earth by themselves. Just don't say that in the presence of either one. The Duke and Duchess currently have seven children (they have nine altogether; five boys & four girls) that are living at Lah'mu Manor.   Duke Bartson (Bart) Allen Etain Height: 5'8" Related How?: Uncle (by marriage)   Bart is a rather happy-go-lucky guy. He's very much in love with his wife, as evident by the number of children they have. The duke is an advocate for Humanoid Rights (i.e. for those not of human, or half human orgin). He is also very adept in Rastabite magics (as proved when he turned one of his daughter's suitors into a duck [don't ask].) His family has blood ties within the Empire of Athan.   Duchess L'aura Raleena Rastabite Etain, Princess of the Blood Height: 5'6" Related How?: Aunt (by blood)   L'aura is/was the younger sister of Queen Julie II. In her younger years she was known to be a party animal. Though when she met Bart she seemed to settle down instantly. She enjoys rasing children, and as their home open to student of many nations to come and learn in Rastaban. The current exchange student is Britany James, age 14, from Danya.   Barson Qiruss Etain, Prince of the Blood Age: 24 Height: 5'9" Related How?: First Cousin   Barson enjoys traveling abroad. He's an avid sailor and enjoys fishing and nautical sports. When not traveling, on the sea, or amoung his many brothers and sisters, he can be found at the local temple of the serpant water goddess Tobaga. More often than not he is "escorted" out for offending this or that priestess. The priest there know to keep an eye on him though. Kishar Charlene Etain, Princess of the Blood Age: 22 Height: 5'6" Related How?: First Cousin   She is gifted in the magic of Rastaban. Kishar would second from the throne as of this moment. Kishar also has been train in all ways of a proper woman. Though she is known, like her cousin the queen, to have a slight rebelious streek. She is close to Prince Daniel and Queen Cora.   Suku Daisy & Susa Tulip Etain, Princesses of the Blood (Twins) Age: 14 Height: 5'6" Related How?: First Cousins   It is rather hard to tell these two apart. They are identical in all ways. Both have minor skills in magic, nothing exdordanary from them. They get average GPA's (3.75) in school. The only way to tell them truely apart is the taste they have in boys. Suku is currently in a exchange student program in Danya, while Susa chose to stay home (she's a bit of a home-body).

	The Vaqles Family   The Vaqles family has been the ruling house for Hinode for as long as anyone could remember. They are apart of the Thrid House of Hashteher. Vaqles' are said to spend most of their time on the water, rather on land. The are also one of the only families/people on Rastaban that are able to tame the minature dragons (mini-dragons [as they're commonly called] were an experiment of 900 yrs. ago by Sui and Traa'va priests and priestesses).   Duke William Ashinu Fredrick Vaqles IV Height: 6'2 1/2" Related How?: Grandfather   The duke is a salty old sea dog. He is usually called the "Straits Master" by the sailors for his lengendary sailing. He has two trust mini-dragons that are always at his side, his black mini-dragon, Mast, and his red one, Spits. Its rumored that they can predict the weather and tell hours ahead when a squal is coming. He met his wife (who was called "Short Annie") while during a boat race and her boat was sinking. Her death hit him hard and the Straits Master stayed out of water for the past year to mourn her. William did a similar thing when his son, King David, died during a routine outting. He found his own son's body upon the shore. David was his oldest son out of the boys the Vaqles' had.   Gregory Posden Vaqles Height: 6'1" Related How?: Uncle (by blood)   Greg (as he prefers it) is just as bad as his father. He too met his wife at sea, but she was trying to steal his ship (aka: she was a pirate). He often joins his father at sea or with him younger brother, Joseph. His sons, William (V) & Harold, will join them to when their not busy being young men. His brother David gave up the chance to be Duke of Hinode when he married Julie Rastaban and later became king, but inheriting the title did not fully set in until his older brother died.   "Black-Eye" Sally Annette Vaqles Height: 5'10" Related How?: Aunt (by marriage)   In her younger years she was pirate, born and raised. She got the name Black-Eye Sally from all the black-eyes she gave to men (Greg had his fair share). Nowadays she perfectly happy to be on a ship next to her husand, or at home with her daughter.   Maki Zeniari Vaqles Age: 19 Height: 5'5" Related How?: First Cousin   Maki can often be heard protesting her height. She doesn't see how and her cousin, Queen Cora, got stuck being short while their other female cousins from the Vaqles side are all 5'7" or over. (Her and Cora got it from their grandmother "Short Annie" who was only 5'1"). Other than that she is out and about. Her current thing right now is to go rockclimbing along the coast and sometimes more inland. She likes to party and has a weakness for good wine and liquor, and sweets.   (note: Though not blood related to Prince Dranon, he considers the Vaqles' his blood relatives. Princess Cally wants nothing to do with them.)

	The Yfelle Family   Yfelle isn't the most popular family in Rastaban. They have cause numerous feuds between people and are know for their practice of "dark" magic. They can be often identified by their pale hair and eyes. Occasionaly there will be one with dark hair and eyes. The Yfelle family is of the Fifth House of Draco.   Earl Tus-sha Sut Yfelle Height: 5'7" Related How?: Grandfather (of Princess Cally)   The earl was apart of Queen Julie's Nook, but since her daughter has taken to the throne he and his Nook as been renamed to the Second Nook. He's a no frills type of guy. He isn't to pleased by a trick played by on the Second Nook. Aparently someone was trying to cause them to go bald, but instead has turned their hair permantly pink, and it can't be dyed out. It is unknown if his wife is dead, or just well hidden. When Tus-sha passes away Prince Al'ver will inherit what his father has and lose his title as prince.   Prince Al'ver Justuf Yfelle Age: 47 Height: 5'7 1/3" Related How?: Father of Princess Cally, Step-Father of Daniel, Cora, & Dranon   No one is really sure how Al'ver became the husband of Queen Julie. It was just like one day they couldn't stand each other and the next day they couldn't live without each other. Once married, he began to control Julie and force her to make desisions she was usually against. For a man to control the queen was unheard of and didn't endear him to the people. Towards the end of Julie's life Al'ver was advid that she name their daughter, Cally, her heir and therefore queen. She almost gave but decided against it. When Cora became queen he tried to control, but she immediately forebade him from having anything to do with state affairs. And it didn't surprise people when he re-married three months after his wife's death.   Lady Lara Vecher (Cr'nobog) Yfelle Age: 19 Height: 5'3" Related How?: Step-mother of Princess Cally   There are whispers saying that Lara was Al'ver's mistress before she became his wife. She is very quite and does whatever Al'ver tells her to do. Her relationship with Princess Cally seems to be ok, since Cally says she likes her. Lara is from the Fourth House of Anguis. Nothing much is really known about her.

	The Caze-sen Family   The Caze-sen is mainly a desert based family. They are a very innovative family, adapting to all sorts of situations. When King Cristoff died, hit them very hard, because the family is very close. Caze-sens offten finish each other's sentences in an eerie way.   Marquess Allat Selle Caze-sen Height: 5'9" Related How?: Grandmother   Marquess Allat is a strong woman. She is the head of her family, and many outside of the family look up to her. She has endured much in her life, such as losing her husband, Marquis Hyrum Leroy Caze-sen, died at a young age. People tend to fear Allat if they don't know her because of her strong presence, but she can be a real softy. She's you're typical grandmother when it comes to her grandchildren. Marquess Allat will spoil them to no end.   Lady Akitsu Marie Caze-sen Height: 5'8" Related How?: Aunt (by blood)   Akitsu is the only surviving child of Hyrum and Allat. She is much like her mother and also lost her husband at an early age. She is an investor in the Rastaban's Information Technology industry.   Leroy Edson Caze-sen Age: 25 Height: 6'0" Related How?: First Cousin   Leroy entered the Rastbite miliarty and prepared himself for military career until doctors found a heart murmur when he passed out during training. This upset him and he had a horrible temper for a while till his grandmother, Marquess Allat, knocked some sense into him (literally). Now he seeks a wife and start a family. (Watch out ladies...)   Myrddin Hyrum Caze-sen Age: 17 Height: 6'0" Related How?: First Cousin   Myrddin is in his last year that the Draconis Magikos Academy. After he graduates he plans to attend New Avalon University and further his studies in Technological Magics. That's if he doesn't get expelled first for his antics.   (note: Though not blood related to Queen Cora or Prince Daniel, they consider the Caze-sen's blood relatives. Princess Cally [as before] wants nothing to do with them.)
